Our home is available for rent. Close to beautiful Devonport beaches, (Narrow Neck & Cheltenham.) Our house is spacious and comfortable and offers lovely views of Ngataringa Bay. There is a big garden, a deck to relax on and two separate living areas. Narrow Neck beach is a 20 minute walk (1.6 kms) away while Devonport village is a very short drive (or a 25 minute walk, 2.1 kms.) The Waitemata Golf Club is also nearby as are an array of very good cafes & restaurants. There are two separate living spaces. The front room is closed off and offers a double fold-out couch so could be used as a fourth bedroom, or as an office space complete with a work desk. There is also a bathroom off this room. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed while the other two have single beds. (One is a king single with a trundle bed and the other is a single child’s bed.) Cook in the fully-equipped kitchen or fire up the gas BBQ on the elevated deck or handmade pizza oven for al fresco dining. Devonport is a great place to be and only a ten minute ferry ride from Auckland City. (Our home is 2.7 kms from the Devonport Ferry Buildilng.)
