Great deal! Good size accommodation comfortable for a couple of adults. Super quite location. Has a room for equipment with a heater, which is a good bonus! Easy to get to the main ski areas with public shuttle. I am not sure about cleaning service during your stay… maybe possible to request…Overall for our trip was perfect.

Paul was a great host, responsive to questions and great to work with. The place was fantastic and well stocked for a group of our size. Would book here again for a stay in Niseko

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay with Paul! His chalet was perfect for our group of 8 taking a friend ski trip. We were comfortable the entire time and the location is walkable (though not entirely flat) to the Hirafu area. Paul went above and beyond to help us find transportation and was very responsive and communicative the entire time.

Descent location, not really walkable with young kids, but we had a car, which was a nice addition to accessing restaurants and onsens in the surrounding area. They were shuttles we could have taken, but the car was helpful with small children. Down the street from a hotel with a bar/restaurant which was nice to have. The house was cute. Surrounded by new modern houses, which made me think we probably could have paid a lot more for the area, so happy we found the house. A little surprised that parts of the house needed space heaters - like the ski room. Not ideal because the heater would turn off at night, but not a deal breaker. A bit bummed that the master bed didn't have a fitted sheet, but again not a deal breaker, more of a pain since the sheet didn't stay on. Paul was extremely responsive though and helped alleviate any challenges and made dinner suggestions.
