The apartment is located in my favourite spot in the city, offering easy walking access to fantastic restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for your daily routine including all necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. It faces away from the main road, providing a quiet atmosphere. The apartment receives plenty of natural light, particularly in the afternoon. James, the host, is highly communicative and supportive. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Probably one of the best locations you can stay at in Toronto. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with great wi-fi, well lit with floor to ceiling windows. Heater and AC worked great. Great value too, will love to come back for a next trip.

James was a great host! Super responsive and very kind. If there was anything wrong he’d be there the same day to help out. The apartment was beautiful and very clean once we had arrived. Our stay was lovely and I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much, James!

We had a previous booking cancel on us, but James came through for us, approving our stay quickly and getting us settled in no time. The apartment was just what we needed - roomy enough for two people for a whole month. The big windows let in plenty of light, which we loved. Having a washer and dryer right there was super convenient too. The neighborhood was lively, but the apartment was tucked away from the street noise, which was great. The only downside was the noise from the fans outside when we had the windows open. James was on top of things. When we saw the Brita filter was a bit dirty, he reimbursed us to get a new one without any fuss. It's clear he cares about his guests. I'd totally recommend James's place to anyone looking for a comfy spot with a host who's quick to help out.

A nice place to stay! I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The location was perfect, right in the center, making it convenient to explore the city.
