It was an awesome stay experience. I really enjoyed staying because it was a feel at home vibes. One thing is that their amenities were under renovation so my kids did not enjoy the pool.

Place had a great location and friendly staff. So many food , restaurants, and grocery store in short walking distance. Owner was very responsive to our needs during our stay and worked with our schedule when needed.

Another great stay. Apartment is very clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, I am not sure if there is any TV as I never found any channels on the television that were available. But I didn't ask. I moved from one rental in the same building to this unit after one night because the other rental was pretty gross. I was trying to save money and later regretted it. This place is expensive, but has to be worth it as the quality and details are much better than other units, as I discovered or reinforced on this trip. If you want a high quality place in BGC right on Burgos circle, then this place is the one. Chingbee is also very helpful and easy to communicate with. She help me solve an issue for my business meeting for which I can't thank her enough. She gets it better than most and can make it happen. Trust this place to meet or exceed your expecations.

Very good place to stay in while travelling to Manila. Nice view, clean, spacious and good area. I recommend it.

Chingbee’s place is on the higher side when looking at Airbnb. But you get 2BR and the place is easily the cleanest and most comfortable place I have stayed in BGC. She adds many extra touches and communicates beautifully. I was there for a week and she asked me if I wanted touch up cleaning, which was really nice. I’ll will look to stay here again on future trips. The building staff was great and friendly. Restaurants near by. My favorites being Shaka right downstairs in the circle and Las Flores just a short walk for some Spanish food. Don’t hesitate and book this place (except for when I might need it again!)
