Separate entry via internal garage, where you can safely park your car. The house is just a short easy walk to the beautiful Mairangi bay beach, cafes, supermarket and shops. There are two rooms with a queen size bed in each of them. There is a separate shower and tub room from the toilet for your convenience. Utility room has a full laundry with a front loader washing machine and a clothes dryer. It also has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and a toaster.
