Cute house in good location (walkable to Princess Beach) with terrific outdoor space. Del Mar was responsive and friendly, and getting in the house was a breeze. The house was tidy and clean with no clutter and a fully stocked kitchen. The front and back yards have extensive decking and gathering areas, including a pretty cool outside grill/kitchen area. One watchout if weather is bad: There’s no eating area inside the house. We made do with the kitchen island (and pulled in some outdoor stools to use), but it wasn’t the most comfortable. Other than that, nice place to stay in Dennis.

Great location in mid-Cape, easy to get to outer, upper and lower Cape regions. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Princess Beach and local cafes/restaurants. House was as described, and perfect for our needs.

Amazing place to stay! My husband and I just stayed for a week for our Minimoon and had a great time. Hosts are super responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is a great value and the yard / deck / outdoor shower were so lovely. We were also super close to a lot of amazing restaurants- we were a short drive to the Pelham house, went to Gina’s by the sea, and we even stopped by captain frostys all of them I highly recommend checking out. Being so close to mayflower beach was a huge plus as well. We were also able to easily extend our stay an extra day. The house had plenty of glassware and cookware but wish there were more essentials like toilet paper and paper towels (not a deal breaker) the beds in the queen rooms were very stiff just fyi (again not a dealbreaker for us but it may be for some!) having the washer and dryer was also a huge plus! Overall a 10/10 stay and would stay again!!!
