We loved this house for our multi generational family of 6. Ground floor master suite was perfect for my parents, and the house is big and bright and capacious … everyone had more than enough room. The property is truly beautiful…woodsy and private with a great pool and a short walk down the hill to a private lake beach and floating dock. The house is also walking distance to the Dennis shops and cafes. We walked to the Underground Bakery every morning. Finally, Kathryn was incredibly responsive, to all of our questions! We’d love to come back!

This was our third stay at Featherbed Lane; see my longer original review from August 2021. Each year, we look forward to this trip with family and friends, including several elementary-aged kids. We always have a grand old time, and the kids level up their swimming skills at the private pool and the lake down the hill. This year the weather was on the cool side, and we especially appreciated the hot tub and fire pit outside. The kids also loved the pool table and ping pong table. Kathryn has always been very helpful and responsive to our questions.

We had an excellent stay at Kathryn’s place! Our family had a great time with plenty of space for two families. We traveled with children and there was plenty to do. Walkable to town. The walk to the lake was great and we were able to go out on our paddle board (there was another board in the garage as well). The property is only about 2 miles or so from Corporation beach which was great for the kids. The home was clean, spacious and the pool and hot tub were both amazing. We would most definitely stay at Kathryn’s again!

This was our second time visiting this gorgeous home! It is truly a hidden gem. We had 10 people total (6 adults & 4 children) and we all had a fabulous time! The property is quiet, peaceful, and private, but super close to the town. You can always catch a beautiful sunset in the backyard down by the lake. The house layout is spacious & everyone could enjoy it! Just like our first time visiting, the house was clean and tidy. The kitchen is fantastic- lots of counter space, clean appliances, pots/pans, baking sheets, etc. There are great amenities that we always had something to do! The in-ground pool was a hit for the kids and the hot tub was a relaxation staple for the adults. The fire pit is such a nice addition to the property (and they even have Adirondack chairs to relax in- no need to bring your own chairs). The outdoor shed has pool toys for the kids- which was great! The pool table and ping pong table were so much fun. Thank you, Kathryn for hosting our family again!

Fabulous Home with lake access. Lots of fun places to relax and enjoy nature! Highly recommended.
