This was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in. Girls Weekend, 3 of us. I swear, every minute we spent in the house, was talking about how cute it was, how clean, how nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was a bit warm so we chose to drive, but you could definitely walk to many locations if the weather was a little cooler. The backyard was so relaxing. We made a fire one night and in the morning we sat outside and watched the birds and squirrels. We even saw a hawk and one very fat lizard that lives under the back steps. I would definitely book this home again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
A very nice AirBnB!!! Easy to check in, walking distance to restaurants and very quiet. Kitchen is loaded with cooking supplies and utensils.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
One of nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated, nice soaps, linens, and fully equipped kitchen with quality pans, knives and dishes. Lots of thoughtful details including a charging station on the nightstand to a Brita water pitcher in fridge were really appreciated. Lovely peaceful backyard with a grill, charcoal and firewood for the fire pit. We’ll be back!

Welcome to my Airbnb listing. I was blessed to call The Spanish Bungalow home for 8 years and I absolutely love the home, as well as the Mount Dora area. Now I am offering it up for others to enjoy! The Bungalow was built in 1925 and is full of original character, but updated in style and comfort. My favorite thing to do around town, along with my husband, is find the best live music, which there’s no shortage of! We also love the outdoors and there’s an abundance of outdoor activities in the Mount Dora area and beyond. We love the ocean, the forest, the lakes, and the natural springs that are practically in our back yard! I also own a really great vintage camper van that I’ve fondly named ‘Ol Blue. I take her out camping or just exploring our beautiful state every chance that I get! We feel blessed to live in an area where we are surrounded by so many options for fun things to do. I love being an Airbnb host and creating a beautiful place for others to get away to, to find adventure or rest, or both! My hosting schedule also gives me the freedom to get out and find adventure of my own. I work hard… and in turn, play hard! :) So whether you’re coming to the area to rest or play… you won’t be disappointed in Mount Dora, or my Spanish Bungalow. Enjoy!
