We were a group of eight long-term friends who spent there a whole week. We very much enjoyed our stay and used the tennis court, and of course the pool (several times a day). The shown pictures are correct (though I can’t remember having seen a play ground). The house is really spacious, specifically the living room and the outdoor area. We also appreciated the individual style of the indoor decoration. While most parts of the house are in pretty good shape, the bath rooms would deserve some face-lifting. Many attractions are in walking distance (including the costal boardwalk), and so are several food markets of various sizes and a good variety of eating places (restaurants, pubs). The central bus station is also very close by. Anna is the perfect host, unbeatable response time with a clear communication style. She also recommended a reliable minicab service, which we used as airport shuttle and for a hiking experience. In summary, a place worth its money. First choice ever.

The villa was as described. Our whole experience was trouble free, with Anna responding promptly to a couple of minor issues. Although Paphos was fairly quiet in early February, there were enough local restaurants open to allow us to enjoy our break.

we thoroughly enjoyed staying for our family reunion. the villa is situated in a pleasant and private part of Paphos. We didn't hire a car for our stay however it was well sited for access on foot to the harbour and old town. Anna was exceptionally helpful and responded quickly to our queries before and during our stay. the villa is as described and shown in the photos. the pool and tennis court were particularly impressive and we enjoyed using them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner is very nice and the communication was great. You can do a lot by foot, such as going to a restaurant or a nearby supermarket. The tennis court and pool were great for entertainment.
