Mary Kristina's place has a lot of charm in a very quiet neighborhood which was nice. Parking is easy and I had no difficulty on the street. However the host did not list the front door camera in her listing, just so you are aware. There was also trash in the bathroom left behind and outside of the bedroom, all of the windows have no blinds making it difficult to feel private.

Selfishly, I don't want anyone to stay here except me. Haha! Seriously though, I have never done a review with 5* across the board, and checking every suggested prompt from ARBNB. MK is super cool, responsive and true to everything in her listing. Again, different from most Host properties, at MK's not a single thing was a let-down, disappointment or didn't live up to the hype. (Fellow guests, you know what I am speaking of.) As a new-ish Host, the BlueBungalow presents as if it has been hosting travelers for years. Have you seen the photos? Yeah. Ya'welcome. Thanks MK for providing a true-to-advertised home--ABOVE AND BEYOND--when I was beginning to think all the truly legit Hosts had gone extinct.

Mary Kristina was a wonderful host. Her bungalow meets all expectations and is the cutest, boho chic cottage perfect for anyone's inner artist. all of her instructions are accurate and easy to follow. She clearly takes great pride in her home, keeping it clean and well appointed with all of your needs for a short or long stay. I highly recommend staying at the little blue bungalow and, please. Follow house rules.

I loved this place. The bungalow was charming, and brightly decorated, in the BEST neighborhood. The house felt spacious with all the sitting areas (inside and out) and the house is only a few blocks from a coffee shop, wine shop, and restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I would recommend this place and the friendly, responsive host, and hope to stay here again.
