Thank you Ajinkya for such wonderful place. we are really happy. felt like home. everything was available... perfect management and service provided. The villa was so clean and well maintain. really want to thank you for such best experience. food provided by karmarkar catering was awesome. best stay best food and best services.

It was a nice stay... everyone is very cooperative and responsive. We visited a family with one infant. It was clean and flexible. The market was nearby and the beach was accessible on a 20 mins walk. The garden area is so good and refreshing. Pool was clean too. Basically we 9 people really enjoyed our stay and its surroundings. Thanks ajinkya for your hospitality during our stay.

Beautiful property and very well maintained, Loved the greenery in the premise. Very calm and neighbourhood, good place to chill with family on a long weekend. 6-8 PPL can comfortably stay at the property. we enjoyed the swimming pool too. Akshi beach is a 5min drive from the property. There is no Swiggy Zomato in the area but you can definitely try out local restaurants pickup food at reasonable price if you have a car. Almost everything was available, TV fridge washing machine microwave.. only thing missing was a stove to cook if needed. will definitely think of visiting again. Suggestions: - Can Include fun indoor games like carrom / Table Tennis - Can Include stove/ induction if anyone wants to cook

The location of the property was good. The property was maintained very well, it was neat and clean. But the property is good for a small family of 4 to 6 with small kids as it is a two bedroom villa with two bedrooms on the first floor with one bathroom and ground floor with a hall and kitchen and another bathroom . Our family consisted of 8 adults we were comfortable as was provided with extra beds. The pool was clean but small. It would have been great if towels were provided and one small stove or induction stove to atleast boil milk and make breakfast. Felt the price was little higher than the facilities provided. Overall experience was great and we had lots of fun. I would recommend it for a small family.

It was a great experience. The place is very clean and beautiful. The caretaker was very helpful. If somebody wants a quiet place far from city humdrum then please choose this same as shown in the pictures. Suggestions: Only suggestion is that the water pressure in bathroom showers can be improved.
