One of the best things about this place is working with Cliff! He was super helpful and friendly! The place is a great spot in regards to location and the pictures and description are accurate. The wall unit in the front room wasn’t really blowing cool air so that was a bummer as a few nights were toasty, but Cliff got it fixed in 2 days! Having the beach club with parking and pool was super nice. My kids loved seeing all the turtles (like 70 of them!!) and the alligator out back right from the deck! It’s also super close to a public beach access if you don’t want to drive and park at the clubhouse and pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfully nice property. Well maintained, quiet, roomy, conveniently located. Check in was easy. The worst thing was leaving this share of paradise.

Pros: great location on the west (best) side of the island with easy access to the beach and community pool. Plenty of bathrooms, which was another plus. Appreciated good beach chairs and other toys. Place was clean, kitchen small but sufficiently stocked. Cons: shared outdoor space can make getting in and out tight. No outdoor grill or linens provided. This is a lower level unit so upstair neighbors can be loud at times. Pool was great but bathrooms and complex could use some TLC. We would not choose to rent this place again as a single family home would suit our activities and toys (kayaks and paddle boards) better but good if you are there for beach and pool. Cliff is a great host and a super responsive communicator. We hope to rent from him again!
