We had a great stay at this fantastic spacious villa. The new roof area is spectacular. Wonderful design and with tasteful touches like the lights and lanterns which provide a lovely character and ambience. Cheryl the host has been brilliant throughout from communication prior to arrival and during our stay. We did experience a few gremlins - but this didn’t spoil our visit at all. Cheryl always responded immediately by return and we understand that there is more work underway to upgrade the villa (bedrooms for example) even further.

The house was beautiful and comfortable for our group, we especially loved the rooftop. However, we had a lot of issues with the water. Not all the showers worked, we spent a couple days without hot water. One night water started running down the living room wall from the upstairs shower. Our last night there water to the whole house was shut off completely for a while. The host was always responsive and addressed all the issues as they arose and apologized but we were never offered a discount or additional services (like airport transfer) for the continued inconvenience. Additionally, the host offers airport transfer and rides to Old Market at well above what can get a taxi for. It is far less expensive to use the taxis.

Het is een mooi huis, maar het verdiend een update. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en Cheryl was een fijne gastvrouw. Ze haalde ons op bij het vliegveld en bracht ons naar het huis waar we een korte rondleiding kregen. Het huis zag er in eerste instantie fijn uit. Na er even verbleven te hebben vielen toch wat dingen op. De niet werkende wifi werd snel opgelost net als wat andere dingen die we hebben aangegeven zoals een oud doorgelegen matras dat werd vervangen. Andere zaken hebben we ter plekke niet over geklaagd, maar verdienen verbetering. Deuren die niet goed sluiten, keukengerei dat niet schoon was, een bad waar de stop niet goed paste, afgebroken deurstoppen waar een spijker uit de vloer steekt. Ik ben er echter van overtuigd dat wanneer Cheryl de aangekondigde renovatie heeft gedaan je hier prima kan verblijven. Een heerlijk tuin met zwembad, een fijn dakterras en op loopafstand van het strand. Cheryl zal er alles aan doen je verblijf helemaal naar je zin te maken!

Excellent communication from the host, plenty of space for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool, waterpark located on the resort, and the private beach for the resort.
