Arrived late from a flight and it was exactly what I needed. Signs all over the inside indicating procedures and plenty of free household items and snacks provided should one need them. The colour coded rooms were kind of fun too haha. If I had to provide one criticism it would be that the room was sweaty hot to arrive. However, a personal AC unit was provided and the room was cooled down after a couple hours. Obviously this isn’t on Lou and is just the product of a late arrival. Just something to keep in mind. Totally understand why she doesn’t just keep the ac running all day, though. Thanks for the stay!

Louann is an excellent host. Her space is very clean & exactly as described. Louann accommodated me for a very late check-in and she was responsive and provided clear instructions. I definitely recommend!
