with the hosts helpful instructions, we were able to find the place at night. She left the lights on for us which helped greatly. We were welcome to snacks and foods in the fridge which came in handy for breakfast. Mattress not too good for elderly travelers with back issues like ourselves and could use a topper for more comfort. Love seat is soft and comfy but low to the ground. Incredibly peaceful location. Just heed instructions from host about how to find the place.

Hidden from the road, took a few passes to locate. Other than that exactly what was promised! If you need to go into Cookeville like we did daily, just be prepared for 30 minute drive which we did not mind. Truly a tree house experience, we will be back in the fall season.

We had a wonderful time at Eileen's place. We took our dogs for walks around the neighborhood and by the lake. The home is lovingly furnished and very functional. Highly recommend.
