the location is fantastic & the house itself was absolutely perfect for our group...but? it was not clean/tidy when we arrived which was really disappointing. Alannah did advise that a new/different cleaner had been used prior to our stay - and to raise any cleanliness issues/concerns which we appreciated. when we arrived, the house didn't look like it had been cleaned at all...and for some time. I did contact alannah to report this and she was great! responsive, offered suggestions on how to rectify the issues & refunded us our cleaning fee without me asking - thats a great host! aside from the cleanliness, the house is perfect for adults, families, pets & groups! we & all our guests loved the house, the location & amenities within, and around the house! the front deck & open plan living was so nice, and we used it all weekend! all things considered we still had a great stay, and we would stay here again without issue! thanks alannah for making sure we had a great stay in the end!

Another great stay here. Property is conveniently located to the beach and great walking tracks. A good amount of space for families and outdoor deck area is lovely. On a main road but has a high fence and secure. Hosts are also fantastic, really lovely and very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for another lovely stay Alannah and Sam!

Unfortunately Alannah property not fully described. No lawn for pets She described it as cleaned and polished Far from it Great deck but covered in huge amount of debris Grubby stained furniture & extremely uncomfortable couch Some beds not made , poor quality linen & towels the sort you would not give to Salvos Rubbish bin’s filthy with no liners Ran out of toilet paper on Xmas eve needing a dash run to local IGA just made it Freezer in fridge not freezing Smallest vanity which leaked into underneath cupboards A really disappointed stay especially for the cost of nearly $5000 for 4 nights

We felt welcome and had a great stay. Alannah was quick to respond and keen to make sure we had all we needed. One guest remarked that this was the best AirBnb they have visited. Really lovely accom.

Alannah was a very welcoming host. The house had everything we needed including added extras in the pantry. The property is walking distance to the beach with Queenscliffe and Point Lonsdale a short drive away. The paved esplanade walk around the bay is a feature of the location. A lovely stay.
