The house was amazing! Beautiful setting, gorgeous landscaping, very comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to a great brewery. We loved exploring the property and hanging out by the pool. Thank you for a great trip!

We picked this for location-- and it was exactly what we were looking for. 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4 to be able to get to Apply Dave's Orchards, downtown Warwick and Sugarloaf. The apartment was clean and set perfectly. Mark was out of town, but communicated well ahead of time and we were all set. Only complaint is that this is a downstairs apartment, so there is some noise from above.

Mark’s place was the perfect hub for exploring the local orchards, farms, ciderys or even the nearby town of Warwick. We felt right at home, Mark has clearly taken the time to consider the needs of those staying and it made all the difference. The only small downside was being able to hear upstairs at night time. That said, would still recommend Mark’s place! Thank you for being great hosts!

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay while we visited Lego Land in nearby Goshen. The apartment is in a rural area so it is very quiet with a nice shared pool. The apartment is small but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner’s 3 dogs did unfortunately make a fair bit of noise when they were left alone. Living room area was a bit challenging to use given the narrow room layout, but we made it work. All in all a good stay.

This was our second time at Mark’s and we enjoyed it as much as our first time! The pool is just the best, and my son loves having the field to run around in, too. Inside, you’ll find everything you need.
