Beautiful big house with a huge garden in a quiet remote location. Kim was very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. There was an unexpected issue with the oven which did not work even after reading through the instructions. Not a problem though. I informed Kim who was unaware of this and was apologetic. We would definitely stay again. Very much recommend the Swan in Lodden for lunch and the Raj Indian takeaway was delicious.

We stayed at Pond Cottage over Christmas, the house was great. It had a large kitchen and dining room. The sitting room was able to comfortably seat 8 people on the sofas. It has a huge garden with trampolines and lots of space for children to run around.

Myself and a group of friends stayed in Kim and Caroline's place for a short break away and had an absolutely fantastic time. The property itself was perfect, exactly as described, and in immaculate condition . Not only this, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay with Kim and Caroline.

Fantastic country retreat - we had a group of 9 of us and had to use a sofa / sofabed but for a group of 7 or 3 couples there is so much room. Garden is great to relax or play around in, remote quiet setting was a great break from the City. Caroline was super attentive and answered all questions immediately. Actively have nothing bad to say. Would hugely recommend Pond Cottage if you want to shut yourself away for the weekend
