Our stay was lovely and we were able to cram a lot in for a weekend. The bus is only £2 and takes you straight to Norwich town centre for if you don’t fancy driving (the bus stop is just down the road). Was also really handy to Great Yarmouth and Horsey beach to see the seals. Had a lovely time and the hot tub was a bonus, kept clean and warm for us. Also was plenty of fire wood which my partner enjoyed having a real fire in the evening.

Location is handy for pubs, shop, takeaway, walks. Facilities as described. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

The location of this cottage is through what can only be described as a boatyard full of derelict cars and boats. The pictures have been cleverly taken showing a pristine garden and clean windows as well as fully functioning blinds on all windows. The garden at the back is in a poor state with an abandoned trampoline at the bottom of the garden. the internal window blinds are full of dust and most have broken or missing slats. The inside of the windows were covered with cobwebs as was all the exterior of the house. The hot tub was nice but needed a good clean. the internal doors all rattled with the wind and one got stuck open but when we reported it it was immediately fixed. The lamp in the loving room didn't work. All the kitchen equipment was greasy and all needed cleaning before use. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. the heating was also efficient and kept the house warm. All in all it is in need of a deep clean and updating.
