During the spring, summer, and fall months POV Resort is a beautiful wilderness retreat. We have excellent fishing on North Twin Lake, whether you fish off our docks or further out on the lake. Crystal clear waters also provide expansive room for POV's water sports - swimming, tubing, boating, and water skiing as well as canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Either rent one of our boats or bring your own boat or wave runners for fun on the crystal-clear waters of North Twin Lake. Horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and on-site trails are just some of the activities offered on-site at the resort’s campus. And there is always the sport of relaxing on our great sandy beach or having some indoor fun in our renovated rec room! We do have high-speed wifi throughout the main resort - so if you need to send an email or stream a movie on a rainy day, we've got you covered. Picnic tables, fire rings, and charcoal and gas grills are right outside your door on the spacious decks. Each cabin comes with a boat slip, and additional boat slips are available to rent. OUR THING | Our secluded resort proves that roughing it doesn’t have to be that rough and that a vacation away can be fun with all the on-site amenities needed for a really relaxing and picturesque getaway. RENOVATIONS | All of POV Resort's secluded cabins have been updated to the latest trends in Northwoods vacation rentals. Our rates include all the amenities you would look for in a premiere resort experience. Each cabin has spacious living room/dining areas, full ultra-modern kitchens, and updated roomy and bright full bathrooms. All units have large bedrooms with comfortable firm memory-foam beds and upscale bedding. Fresh linens, blankets, towels, and pillows are provided. PETS | We are only a dog-friendly resort between the end of August and Memorial Weekend - in Cabins 1, 3, 10, and 11 during that time frame. We have a $50/stay per dog fee; pets must be on a leash outside cabins at all times and crated inside when left alone. NO DOGS are allowed in the campgrounds (keeping sound down) or the beach (for kids).
