I've stayed for almost a month at this central studio in Paris Is exactly in front of a metro station that makes the access in the city center a matter of 10 minutes, but i've loved also the neigbourhood which is full of shops, restaurants and coffee shops The place is small but comfortable for a one person long stay or two (shorter stay) The water in the shower is always warm and it has all the basics in case that you want to go to the supermarket and make a quick lunch Is on the first floor of a building without elevator but that was not an issue for me - I also have to mention that Boris helped me with the checkin and he also carried my (heavy) luggage for me. Also I've faced a problem with the heating system the first day but the host resolved it easily the same day when i told him It was a pleasant stay and I suggest this listing to anyone that wants a budget studio in Paris

The place was wonderful as described, and Boris was very resposive. Notes to other guests: There is one flight of stairs and no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have accessibility concerns. There are multiple grocery stores (2x Franprix and a Carrefour) and very close. A metro stop is a very close, so you can get to anywhere in Paris with ease. If you walk north on Bd de Ménilmontant, there is an open-air market multiple times per week in the mornings.
