Outstanding codo. Assigned parking space. Very large. Well stocked. Best view in Cowpet Bay. Spacious deck overlooking the beach. We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children. Plenty of space and privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the common area. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Calm water. There are some coral formations right in Cowpet Bay for snorkeling. Very good restaurants on site. I’ve stayed in several places in St Thomas and St John and this is the best for family. Ari and Susie are very responsive and helpful.

Highly recommend staying at Ari & Susie's place in Cowpet Bay. The location is ideal, beach and restaurants are nearby. The condo was well maintained, clean, centrally located to great restaurants, ferry and beaches. You could either stay and get around with or without a rental vehicle at this location.

We had a lovely stay. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very large, and the kitchen was well stocked with some staples. Overall a fantastic condo.

We loved our stay! The location of Cowpet Bay truly cannot be beat. It is very quiet and the beach was never crowded. We loved having the restaurants right there. Usually we get groceries on vacation but we ended up eating out for every meal because Sangrias was so close (less than 5-min walk) which was a nice break for mom. Very clean and thoughtfully furnished. More than enough space for our family of five. It’s an older complex but we liked it, we thought it had island character and we honestly didn’t find a ton of newer places to stay on the island. We would absolutely go back and have already recommended it to a couple of friends. Ari & Susie were super friendly & responsive!
