Nefyn · 整套乡村小屋 · 2室3床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Beautiful Welsh cottage close to the Beach (Nefyn)
Situated in the village of Nefyn, Tai’r Lon is just a mile from a challenging (but stunning) Golf Course, beautiful beaches and easy reach of Snowdonia National Park. The Cottage is surrounded by many coastal walks. (Sea views from the front bedroom, and mountain views from the back bedroom) There is also a varied magazine subscription delivered, along with games, and books (and Netflix plus WiFi!) Tai’r Lon is a 200 year stone cottage. There is also an enclosed garden, but note this is not directly behind the cottage (children /Dogs wouldn’t be able to use alone) - there is NO back door. Winter 2023 Changes: New flooring downstairs has already been fitted this winter. The end of February/March will see a entirely new kitchen and bathroom fitted, along with new appliances and tiling. It is a small cottage (52 SQM to be exact) but cosy and warm and a perfect bolt hole in winter as well as summer. There is a beautiful inglenook fire place, however it isn’t a “real” fire and is run by electric There is a Nespresso coffee machine. There will be a small selection of coffee pods, but we do ask that you consider bringing your own if you are familiar with the machines. This may be the only cottage in Nefyn that offers an Honesty Bar, Drinks Trolley! As if that wasn’t amazing enough, it’s cheap, not for profit and surplus money goes to the local RNLI life boat station *the drinks trolley maybe removed if abused, and bar bills are not settled before departure
Had a fantastic few days. Lots and lots of walking with beautiful views. Everywhere was really friendly and welcoming even with a dog. Great food wonderful beaches. Then back home to a lovely little cottage with everything you need to feel right at home. Would absolutely book to go again.
Great location, with only a short walk to the Beech, the house is lovely & cosy, and we have booked to go back in a month 😀🐶
We had a lovely stay at Brig y Don - the cottage was exactly what we needed for our walking trip to the Llŷn. Sam was very helpful with lots of local recommendations too. Diolch, Sam.
Sam was a great host, proactive and very informative. Lovely clean cottage very near to the Sea and mountains. Highly recommended.
Nefyn is a local Welsh fishing village. with the Rivals, and mountains surrounding the coastal villages. Morfa Nefyn is just one mile away, which has exceptional beaches, and a famous Golf Course.
Y Bryncynan pub is on the road about as you enter Nefyn from Pwllheli. It has in 2020 seen a massive refurbishment, and has a lovely beer garden and children play area.
The Cliffs inn on beach road in Morfa Nefyn is an excellent choice for sun downers drinks after a day on the beach. Great views- often breath taking sun sets (massive gin selection and good food)
The Ty Coch at a Porthdinllaen doesn’t need an introduction - well worth the walk to get to. But check their Facebook page for opening hours out of season
