There are so many things about our home that we enjoy. One would be the large deck with direct access to the beach which was the first thing that we fell in love with when we first saw our home. But, I think the large gathering room/kitchen over looking the beach and ocean through the wall of windows is our absolute favorite area because we all end up hanging out, sharing laughter, good food and good times. Our home sits on the white sugar sand beach with an oceanfront view! Best front yard ever! It has a large deck of the full views of the white sandy beaches, blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico, sunrises, sunsets, and dolphins. When you walk into our home you will see all of the special touches that we have added to make you, your family and friends feel like they are home. You can also enjoy those views out the wall of windows that overlook the beach and ocean! Our home is located directly on the beach with unobstructed ocean front views! We own the beach in front of our home from our home to the shoreline!! Private beach area for our guests!!! The Fort Morgan Peninsula offers visitors a peaceful, relaxing escape. Fort Morgan is surrounded by water, with the Mobile Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other – the most beautiful natural beaches in the area. Once you have visited, you will want to come back again and again!! Our home is full of natural light throughout. When you enter our home you walk into a wide open welcoming gathering place for your friends and family members. Our kitchen has quartz counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, a large pantry, 2 full size refrigerators, an ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher and an electric smooth surface range. The fully furnished kitchen is open with an island that allows for guest to have a place to sit and talk while cooking. There is a large kitchen table with a seated bench along the wall of windows and plenty of chairs. There are lots of great restaurants to choose from in the area, however, if you enjoy preparing your own meals or grilling out on our charcoal grill you will not find that our kitchen is lacking in supplies. If you do see something that we are missing please let us know so we can add it to our collection! There is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience just off of the kitchen. In the main living room area, there is a large comfortable sectional sofa and plenty of chairs plenty of seating as well. The living room also has a 72" Android Smart TV ! Perfect for watching sports and movie nights!!! We provide YouTube TV to access all of the local and cable channels. You may also sign in to your Internet movie accounts such as Netflix , Hulu, or Amazon Prime. Free Wi-Fi is available! Step out on to our large deck where there is plenty of seating for you to kick back and relax. You will have a great view of the beach and the ocean. You can also walk down our steps leading you to the beach. Take a walk down the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our uncrowded and unspoiled beach is natural. It is not groomed, and you can happily hunt for driftwood, shells, sea glass and other treasures. Or maybe some evening crabbing! You may see dolphins swimming in the surf, brown pelicans flying in formation or blue herons and seagulls right on the beach in front of the house. Relax, unwind, listen to the surf, soak up the sun, play in the waves, enjoy shore fishing, watch the sunrise and set, and star gaze at night. You will not be bored. You may even get to enjoy a flight demonstration from the Blue Angels from time to time as they practice in front of our house. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bath that will sleep 16 comfortably! There are two bedrooms on each size of the home. The two beach front bedrooms have french doors leading out to the spacious deck! The 5th bedroom is a loft with four built in twin beds. You follow the spiral staircase in the kitchen up to a loft bedroom that has a great view of the beach and ocean! All of the bedrooms have 55" Smart TV’s YouTube TV is provided in these rooms! You may also log in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc, accounts!
