Depending what you pay, we believe it is not worth your bang for your buck. We paid around $190 a night. It takes about 20 to 45 minutes to get to main attractions in the areas. A lot of maintenance needed such as the shower handles, ice maker, room door, and tub not draining in master room. Gate lock was sticky and needs to be replaced. 2nd shower also needs updated handle. Water was warm but not hot and if you don’t want max pressure, you need to sacrifice heat. Needs new kitchen pans. Part of the reason you get a BnB is for the kitchen. Jacuzi needs clear instructions for how to heat. Washer was very old and needs to be replaced. Needs a washer that will not ruin clothes. Very clean, a lot kitchen utensils such as a cheese grater. Many beds that becomes convenient for large groups or families with many children. Beds are nice which is important. Host is very responsive

Excellent swimming pool, refreshing and yet beautifully warm. Stunning setting surrounded by exotic flowers. Excellent air conditioning so lovely and cool to sleep. Lovely little shops and restaurants near by but not too close to be noisy, very peaceful and private.

Great spot off the beaten path of La Fortuna. Having your own hot tub, pool is truly a must have in the very hotel rich, multiple people area. Certainly review the rooms and layout for an entire family and make sure it fits what you want, and it’s about 20min away from downtown so drive is needed for most events, but that was a plus for us to not be in the busy part. A beautiful property that’s gated and stunning.
