Incredible location right on South Congress. This studio space had everything I needed and Erica was super helpful and accommodating with any questions I had. Missing this cozy spot already!

The location couldn’t be better! It’s a short walk away from everything on South Congress. The place isn’t large, but it’s just fine for someone traveling alone. However, my stay was not what I was expecting. I originally booked for 3 months but left after 1. When I arrived, I was taken aback by the conditions of the apartment. The couch, towels, bathmats, and pillows were all covered in stains. Also, the air vents, walls, and cabinets were dirty. I spent the first few days cleaning to try and make the place comfortable. I let Erica know and she was quick to send a couch cover, new towels/bathmat and pillow covers. However, I would expect not to deal with this considering the price I paid. The WiFi is also very very slow. I work from home, but I spent most of my time working from coffee shops. I would not stay here if you work remote. The apartment has great bones but needs some serious TLC. I would not book again.

Great location! We could walk a ton of places and get anywhere else easily by car or bus. Erica was super communicative and helpful during our long term stay. The place is more of a studio than a 1 bedroom and the laundry is not in unit, which you can't totally tell by pictures, but overall a good place for a transitional home.
