Home is clean & safe/central location. Smoke detector battery alert started going off late in the evening, & owner did offer to come over & change the battery (ceilings were too high to be reached), but it did stop beeping. Do not book this home if laundry room is needed for your family since it’s only available for week long stays. They also list a guest limit of 6 but only provide 6 towels. You will not have extras for hair or multi-day stay. They will also be too small for Big & Tall guests. The primary bath toilet clogs easily, but a plunger was accessible. 1 of the bdrm doors does not shut all the way unless locked. Overall, the issues were not significant enough to vacate, but the experience does NOT align with $776 price for 2 nights when there are better options nearby.

The house was big and well kept. We were close to places to eat and perfect for the whole family to have their own space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

Pros- excellent location and d plenty of room. Easy to get in with code provided right at check in time. Cons- mattresses were terrible (sleeping on floor uncomfortable), cleaning person must be on the shorter side found items from other renters and stove hasn’t been clean in a while and lastly if you plan on preparing your own food bring what you need as it isn’t even minimally stocked (no cookie sheets, only 2 inches of foil, only salt no pepper) not a dealbreaker but I wish others had warned so I could have made an informed decision when renting.

We were there for my sister’s wedding weekend, the venue was near by, which was a plus! Came to stay for sleep and shower. Everything matched the description, things were properly labeled, Thin was a good communicator and responds in a reasonable time. Great location, easy to drive to, and quiet neighborhood. Only downside- one door couldn’t close correctly? But according to my cousins, the beds were comfortable.
