This place was so charming! Very nice area and quick walk to a small beach. It was perfect for our family of 4. Would highly recommend this place. Stephen was great and quick to respond to any questions.

We have stayed at the cottage for multiple summers now and it is a really special place that we look forward to each year! It's the perfect size for a quiet week by the beach. Stephen has always been so helpful and friendly as a host and the cottage has consistently been in great shape. The location also has so much to offer from the beach you can see from her patio and quickly walk to, the lifeguarded pool that's great for kids and you can walk into town which boasts so many great restaurants and shops. It's also central in the Cape so there are lots of places to drive to that aren't too far away.

Conveniently located 1 mile from Main Street, and approximately 150 yards to the beach and heated outdoor pool ( limited hours 11-7) Our family of 4 with teens loved our space for the week outdoor seating was well used. All the comforts of home and also had 4 beach chairs for our use and bath towels & linens included. We loved our time in the cape and host Stephen was quick to reply prior to our stay with our questions Thank you hope to visit again

This was our second year staying here. It's a wonderful cottage in a perfect location steps away from a nice quiet beach. The pool is also great for our kids. The kitchen is well stocked too. We'll be back!

My mom and I had a Fall trip to this cute cottage and fell in love with the location! It is nestled in a small grouping of other properties that are literal steps to the beach. The parking spot is right next to the cottage which was convenient as well. We were a 3 minute drive from Main Street restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean and had most things we needed. They also had a few beach chairs which were great to take down to the water and watch the sunset. We would love to come back again!
