The lodge is absolutely lovely and has everything you need. Quiet location and Sarah is a great host. There was a complimentary pint of milk in the fridge, plus tea, coffee etc.😊 Also, washing up liquid, dish cloths tea towels etc and toilet rolls also provided. The village is a couple of miles away which, when booking we thought was fine as we love walking but the road is in no way suitable for walking, especially at night, so no walk to the local pubs and back, you have to drive or get a taxi which is a shame. We used the local taxi company who were reliable but were not cheap and added a substantial extra cost to our weekend break. The Lodge is fabulous and we did have a really lovely weekend break in it😊

We had a great stay! Exactly like the pictures except it felt even bigger than we expected which was a bonus! Lovely and clean, everything we needed and Sarah was fantastic at communicating directions with photos to make check in as smooth as possible! We will be back!

Sarah was incredible from the second we booked to turning up! she couldn't have been any more helpful, extremely quick at responding. The Lodge was just amazing, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the best best adventure for our two toddlers. we will be back for sure! thank you Sarah x
