We had a minor fault with a door latch, and Padstow Property responded extremely efficiently and it was fixed within half an hour. The house was great, not the exact location we wanted but still very accurately described and still in a very good location.
Lovely place to stay and felt like home away from home.
This was a much needed family break, and the property was perfect for this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the owners clearly worked hard to keep the place nice during the pandemic. We were devastated, therefore, to receive a vicious and accusatory message and request for cleaning payment, with photographs of a used t towel, bed linen and accusations that we had stolen bath towels. Airbandb sorted this out, but I would not recommend staying at a property run by Padstow Property Management.
