The property is spacious and well decked out with most amenities one can expect. The house is airy and bright and the furniture is of good quality. Comfortable beds and sitting arrangements. There is a deck with outdoor furniture (we didn’t use it as it was chilly). A good BBQ is available on request which Tom dropped off (the owners live in a house right next to this house). Kitchen had all the tools and implements one needs for cooking. However apart from oil, salt and pepper there are no other spices or any other cooking ingredients. if you like to cook you have to bring everything with you. The kitchen/dining/living area is a good space to hang out in. One must bring their own laundry detergent which was unexpected. Basic bathroom supplies such as shampoo and body wash were available in the main bathroom. The house is in a good quiet location with lots of birds around. A short walk to nearby shops incl a baker & restaurants. Good WiFi for those who have to work.

If you're looking for a modern, comfortable stay in Cornwall, this AirBnB is perfect. The recently built property is immaculate, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the hosts are friendly and quick to help. Own parking. A truly wonderful experience.

great place to stay if you want to be able to walk to shops and pubs in St Merryn and then a five min drive to Constantine and other bays nearby. loved it !
