We had a wonderful stay . The beds were so comfy, nice bedding . The extra amenities in bathroom were very nice . Unfortunately we needed a first aid kit and found one fully stocked in bathroom. The extra window units along with central AC made for very comfortable sleeping . Decor was very inviting!! I Cannot say enough about be cleanliness. I had read reviews before booking and that really stood out and one of main reasons for booking !! If you like clean, cottage feel with awesome bedding then this is place for you!!! We stayed as a party of 3 ! Girls weekend getaway!! BFFs for 50 plus years!!! Thank you Steve for the fun time and memories we made while visiting Wrightsville Beach!

Great location and place for a couple or couples with kids. Close to beach, restaurants, ice cream etc. I highly recommend this unit to rent and I look forward to renting it again.

Steven’s place was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the Wilmington area for a friend’s wedding. He was very responsive and accommodating. He ensured his home had everything ready for us to enjoy. The home was clean, the location excellent, and the amenities exactly as listed. We will book with him again next time we are visiting. Stellar rental and host. Extremely well outfitted and clean. Steven is super friendly and responsive. Great neighborhood feel location within short walking distance to beach and restaurants.
