We stayed for a weekend friend’ trip. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the place was. The hosts were wonderful, rooms were spotless, and the location is amazing. 100% recommend and would love to stay again sometime.

We were so grateful to be able to use the Yew Mountain Lodge for our New Year’s weekend with our family. We all had a wonderful time and made great memories. The space was big enough for all of us.

The Yew Mountain Center is absolutely awesome for large groups! We made use of the kitchen and common area to hang out and eat! The fact that the house has no A/C was not a problem because it is super breezy up on the mountain and our hosts made sure that as many windows were open as possible before our arrival.

The great: The caretakers and other folks staying on the property were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was beautiful and the lodge had a lovely cozy vibe. We hiked some of the trails and went swimming in the pond - the AirBnB even had a variety of life jackets in different sizes we could borrow, and let us use their canoes and paddleboard. The meh: The kitchen wasn't very clean, and the coffeepot still had old grounds in it. We also didn't realize when we rented the entire lodge that other people staying on the property would still be walking through the common indoor areas. No A/C (which we knew ahead of time), but by opening windows and turning on fans it was pretty manageable, even in late June. OVERALL: 8/10. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
