We had a lovely evening peaceful stay. The property was close to where we needed to be. Everything was clean and tidy. The little touches of tea and coffee, and the tea cakes were lovely. Thank you so much for everything

Wonderful little place and perfect location for the coastal walks we had been looking to do. Home is very comfortable with everything you need. It’s perfect for a couple and small families, we did find that although 4 chairs at the breakfast bar, you could only really sit 2 so if travelling as 2 couples or have older children you may find the living space a little small. The view out of the front room window was beautiful rain or shine (and we had it all!). Having a private parking space was really handy as parking down the street was always busy. TV worked great but streaming was a little patchy. We did not have any milk on arrival and as it was late did not want to bother Jessica so called at the local shop who charged £1.90 for a pint and a minimum spend of £5 on card! Overall this place is great and I would recommend.

Another great stay at South Street. Love the proximity to the beach, so handy for lots of different walks along the cliffs etc. The terraced ‘upside down’ cottage is just lovely and well kitted out. Clean and comfy

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage by the sea. It was very cosy and clean with new bedding and towels, and nice furnishings. The shore is just over the quiet road and the harbour a few minutes walk away. Nice restaurant and pub nearby, and tasty Arbroath smokies. Jess was a thoughtful and responsive host. We had a lovely time, thanks!
