Aucun contact avec le propriétaire qui n'a pas daigné nous accueillir et ne nous a laissé ni adresse, ni numéro de téléphone malgré une demande exprimée 24 heures plus tôt. Heureusement qu'un vacancier était présent pour nous ouvrir. Appartement très sombre avec une fenêtre ridicule dans la chambre à 3 m de hauteur et que l'on ne pouvait ouvrir! Salle de bain minuscule, lavabo rikiki, aucun meuble ni tablette pour poser les affaires de toilette. Pas de confort! Points positifs : terrasse sympa sous la treille, piscine très chaude, jacuzzi avec vue superbe sur la vallée. Chambre "Junior Suite" à éviter! les autres appartements sont apparemment beaucoup plus lumineux. Dommage car le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel

Our first visit in 2020 was superb but since then the host has changed and the price has almost doubled. Our experience was not too good in comparison and we won't be returning. Customer communication was very lacking and there were too many issues that we experienced - Check in was awful. The only pre arrival info provided was a lockbox number which upon our arrival in thick fog didn't work on any of the 4 key boxes. There was no data signal so I couldn't access the Host contact number so had to drive until I found a data connection to get the booking information. The host then provided a key code that worked but didn't seem to be aware of our booking. - On entry the aprtment the WiFi code provided didn't work requiring another phone call to get the correct one. - When preparing my first meal I realised that there were no knives in the drawer - another phone call and somebody brought two over. They were supposed to give us instruction on how to work the Jacuzzi and Sauna but didn't do that. - TV in the kitchen didn't work and the remote controls are the same so when trying to operate the TV in the bedroom it also turned on the one on the kitchen!!! - On day one we went to use the Jacuzzi - it wasn't working so yet another phone call and a long wait before the jacuzzi could be used. - No instructions to use the aircon and appliances. - The washing machine and dryer were full of clothes sitting in old water and couldn't be used, which was very inconvenient as I had planned to use them. - The only crockery towel was filthy and obviously not washed prior to our arrival - Only one spare toilet roll was provided for a 3 night stay and nobody came to ask whather we needed anything replenishing during the stay. Although the location is stunning there isn't much to do in the area and at the weekend the road is very noisy with a constant stream of loud motorbikes. The bar across the road is very friendly and stocks bread, cheese etc. The apartment has no basic things provided like salt/pepper/oil so you need to bring absolutely everything. The outdoor facilities are lovely with stunning views although the pool is looking tired with quite a lot of missing tiles. There was no checkout instructions and no communication with the host other than when we had to get things fixed. Give the price we paid and the problems we had, we won't be returning, which is a pity after we had such a good stay the first time we visited 2 years ago

Un lugar increíble para desconectar. La piscina es enorme, así que no habrá problema si coinciden con otro de los apartamentos. El jacuzzi tiene unas vistas increíbles y es todo tal cual las fotos. Recomendable 100%

Habitacion comoda y limpia pero pequeña. Piscina calentada. Ubicacion ideal para hacer senderismo.

Nice place located in the mountains of Gran Canaria. Close access to great trails. Beautiful view from the hot tub, though we did have to wait a long time before it got hot. We were there during some rainy days, but the unit was comfy and warm. Good wifi also.
