J ai eu l opportunité d échanger pour mon séjour avec Bruno qui a été très réactif , la maison est vraiment impeccable. Le prix en vaut la chandelle ..ce fut bien la première fois que nous avons pu avoir autant d équipement , et produits à disposition.. le quartier est super , proche de la plage et de restaurants, pub… je me suis senti sécurisé car bcp de patrouilles sont présents dans le cartier.. je recommande vraiment ce logement et je dis à une prochaine opportunité. Car je reviendrais ça c est sûr.

First of all, I am really impressed with the way Allan, Felipe and Bruno manage this property, from the way they prepare for your arrival to how they keep up the apartment. Instructions for check-in and usages of things at the place are clear and detailed. The place is squeaky clean from top to bottom. Linens and beddings are fresh, and there are plenty of them, even towels for the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there are extra helpful items like water filter system, air fryer… The whole apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The owner/management think of and provide everything you need to feel right at home. Everything is labeled, and well organized for you to find. They are very responsive in communication. The location is perfect, one block from Ipanema beach, in the central of plenty of great shops and restaurants. Public transports are also in walking distance. Uber will come very quick to your front door.

Allan, Felipe e equipe foram muito gentis a todo tempo. Nossa comunicação foi excelente, eles respondem rápido. O apartamento é agradável, muito confortável, silencioso e super bem localizado – perto da praia e do comércio. Obrigado!
