If you’re looking for a cozy retreat in the Catskills close to hiking and close to a couple of cute towns with great food options, this is the place. Loved everything about it, including the vinyl record collection and turntable, the soaking tub, and the very comfortable beds. Highly recommend. And the hosts were fantastic and incredibly responsive. Easy five stars!

We had a lovely weekend stay at John and Emily’s place! The place is exactly as advertised and the perfect distance from some of the most beautiful hikes upstate. It is also very close to Main Street which is where most restaurants in Tannersville can be found. They were both extremely responsive and communicative and check in/check out was a breeze.

We had a great week-long stay at John and Emily's place. It's really nicely located on a quiet road outside of town but very accessible to Tannersville, Hunter, and the rest of the area. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. John and Emily were also very communicative with check-in and any questions that we had during our stay. We look forward to staying there again!

The checking instructions were very detailed, the place was very clean and cozy, it was a little hard to get there because of the snow. Everything look like the pictures, the piano was a big plus for me! I was able to practice and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful environment. kitchen well equipped!! overall I had a great and relaxing experience.
