We enjoyed our stay and Shana and co. were so warm and kind. They even gave us a tour around the farm. The animals are taken good care of and we loved them (especially Audrey). We like the room decors, the room is small but has everything we needed. The walk from parking to the room is a bit far. Nevertheless, we had a good time staying on the farm.

We had a great time at the Feathered Nest! We enjoyed walking around the farm and seeing the animals- in particular the friendly ducks - before heading out to explore the island each day. We did have to work remotely one day and the wi-fi was not fast enough for our work needs, but it was not a problem because we went to a coffee shop in Eastsound. It is also good to keep in mind that the staff is quite busy during the summer season so we were not able to arrange a farm tour when we were there at a time that worked for both of us, but that was not a problem because walking around the farm itself was lovely anyways :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Moon Farm. The “Feathered Nest” room was unique, comfortable, and a great size for two people. We had great interactions with all the people and animals, and the environment was so peaceful—it was the perfect place for our stay on Orcas. We can’t wait to come back to the island, and we will definitely be booking with Blue Moon Farm again!

Perfect spot for a weekend visit! The farm in summer is lovely and the bed is very cozy for sleeping. Be sure to spend extra time with Rosie the pig 🐷 she's a doll😘

I can’t recommend this farm stay enough. Great accommodations, really kind and responsive hosts, and rejuvenating interactions with goats, geese, ducks and Audrey, the farm dog. It is a farm stay so highly recommend taking them up on their offer of farm boots or bring your own.
