We hebben genoten van de locatie, het appartement, en de mogelijkheid om de gehuurde auto te parkeren. Werkte erg goed met de sleutels. We hadden een probleem met de tv. Werd meteen opgelost. Eigenlijk miste we een watermolen. We zijn nogal thee drinkers. In een pannetje water koken gaat ook. We hebben er ook niet om gevraagd . Dus kon hij niks betekenen. Heerlijk uitzicht op de zee. Lekkere rustige omgeving. Iets wat wij graag willen. Als wij nog eens die kant opgaan, houden wij dit appartement zeker in onze gedachte.

Perfect for those who want peace but close to somewhere vibrant - Benidorm is only a 25 min air conditioned tram away The tram system is very cheap and close to the apartment. A supermarket is aprox a mile away and only €8 to get back from if you have a full shop at the start of your stay. The pool facility is fantastic for both adults and you g o es as a baby pool attached. The beach is right outside the back of the hotel.

Mejor casa que lo que aparece en las fotos. Muy fácil acceso a la playa desde la piscina de la casa. Es una zona tranquila, para ir a la playa mejor llevar escarpines porque es de piedras, pero hay poca gente y es cómoda y agradable. La piscina es bastante grande y no baja mucha gente, el agua es calentita. Las vistas desde la casa son preciosas. Los muebles son de calidad, no de casa de veraneo y eso se agradece. Además la Smart tv con todos los servicios es enorme. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla. En definitiva, hemos estado como en casa y en un ambiente muy tranquilo con geniales vistas. El anfitrión muy dispuesto y atento.

Juan was an amazing host. We arrived very late and it wasn't a problem for him to come and hand us over the keys. He was very responsive to messages. We locked our keys in apartment at one stage and he arrived 20 minutes later to let us in, absolutely no hassle. Our flight home wasn't until midnight, and Juan let us stay there all day and check out when it suited us. the apartment is great and the area is lovely. The only negative is that there isn't a shop close by. There is a supermarket about 15 mins walk away. But this is only something very minor. Overall, an amazing holiday with an excellent host!

Juan’s place is perfect for a family, very quite and clean with a wonderful view from the balcony and a very nice swimming pool most of the time with no people at all. Nice beach and clean water in the sea. Short distance with car from center of Villajoyosa. Highly recommended.
