My husband and I stayed two nights at Frank's place. The unit is on the end of the building so it is nice and quiet. We chose to park by door A and use the stairs to the third floor. There is an elevator that is a bit further away if needed. The building is older and once you get inside Frank's place, it feels more modern. There are two balconies that give you different views of the area. The parking lot is huge! We are staring a new business and needed to park two full size vans with trailers. The front desk staff are really friendly and open 24 hours. I wish we had more time so we could use the pool! It looked so inviting.

Frank's place is small, but is very comfortable! Our kids loved the loft with all the beds and we enjoy the wood style and layout. Lots to do at the Inn and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Great place to stay if your coming in to visit winter park , ez access to grocery an fast food right next door. Definitely willing to book with again

Great location and a great condo awesome views. Wil definitely be back
