Vacation Apartment in a Small Village Designed to exude the warmth and individuality of a private residence, the Apartment has a spacious master bedroom and separate living room with a sleeper-sofa & Tv, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, bathroom with bathtub .Private terrace with garden view The complex resembles a small village spread gradually on the hill, surrounded by 20.000 sqm of natural environment.The Apartments resting among gardens and connected by stone paths.

A lovely stay, the small village itself was very quiet and peaceful and nearby to a few quiet beach coves. Also a very short and easy drive from the airport and through to main attractions across Kos. The room was as pictured and the staff who were onsite were very friendly, a great stay.

Small village is located away from the town in a calm nice location. Close to airport and you can hear the planes but we didn’t mind that. Beautiful pool area. Staff nice and helpful. But value for money given the amenities was off. The conference center and the fitness area are abandoned and run down completely. The rooms/flats are clean but also very old and run down. The place could use a refurbishment or a dropping the prices by half.

We are 4 km outskirts of Mastichari.The nearest beach is in 500m distance and an organised beach in 4km . Kos Airport is at a distance of 10km, while the busy town of Kos is 26 km away.
Mastichari is a small port links Kos to Kalimnos which is exactly on the opposite side and its beach is a modern tourist resort.
In Mastichari visitors apart from peace and quiet can also served at the very popular fish houses which are only 20-30 meters from the beach and offer fresh fish and many delicious seafood dishes. Mastichari beaches are characterized by white sand and turquoise waters. Εnjoy the sun and have lots of fun at the various water sports available in this well organized beach. Many people claim that Mastichari has the best beach and the best sea in the whole of Kos.
