The ground floor comprises of a large open-plan kitchen equipped with an Aga, separate oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and food processor. This space also includes the dining and family room with a large table perfect for family meals; doors leading to the patio, making al fresco dining a breeze. The useful utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Just off from the entrance hall is a twin bedroom with an en-suite, with a bath, shower, twin wash basins and WC. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor; one king-size bedroom with an en-suite with a bath, shower, twin wash basins and WC. Two twin bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms and a further two twin bedrooms which share a ‘Jack and Jill' bathroom. Hampden was made for outdoor living, and boasts a wonderful, oversized garden which leads down to one of Roserrow's many lakes. The perfect outdoor space is a haven for little explorers, the expansive lawn is also a great spot to enjoy the legendary Cornish sunsets with fresh seafood and Cornish treats cooking on the charcoal barbecue.
