best located, and real value places I have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything i needed to feel at home. Great view of the lake. Communication was great too. Among the disadvantages: 1. the wifi is a bit slow but it works most of time just fine. 2. The bathroom door get stuck sometimes but still you can shut the door. Other- everything else was very good. Also I would like to thank Mr. normy for his great hospitality and making sure I got everything I needed. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
The quality and price is extremly good. I highly recommend it. You are in a calm place but very close to the center. The neighborhood is very clean and calm. You can go walking around and there are restaurants around also the metro is super close walking. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need. ALSO the view is veryyy nice! Thank you for everything!

Guests accept and understand they shall be required to vacate the property at the end of the booking as per their rental payment period. In the event the guest does not vacate, the company has the right to charge such penalties as necessary to cover all losses incurred, which shall include any loss of income to the landlord.
Guests must give 2 weeks' notice if they wish to extend or vacate the property. Extension payments must be settled 10 days prior to the start of the extension date. If payment is still not received at the start of the extension date, the company will proceed with the guest's immediate check-out. Upon confirmation of check-out, the company has the right to advertise the property and accept bookings for the period after the guest's paid rental period. If a late notice is given, penalty charges will be applied (nightly rate fee).
If a guest is absent from the country at the expiry of the rental period or leaves the property without notice to the company or if he has not paid the balance of the rent due, the company shall have the right to enter the premises and to lease it to others the company finds suitable.
