Great place to stay. Just as described in the listing with detailed instructions before arrival. The yard was wonderful for our dogs. Only a few minute drive to the city which was just what we were looking for!

The furniture was comfortable, house looked exactly like the photos. Jacob sent great instructions and was friendly. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming but we felt safe walking the dog around. It has super great access to the 77 and quick to downtown. The only downside I found was it is a bit dusty/ dirty. The master shower has what looks like black mold along the bottom and the grout on the bathroom floors is dirty. The baseboards were dirty and the walls need some painting or washing. The ceiling fans have dust on all the blades and there was a slight smell to the house. The yard wasn’t mowed in the backyard either which for someone with a dog it was a bit annoying. All around it’s a very comfortable house. It just needs a deep clean.

absolutely amazing place to stay, right in the middle of everything, excellent location. extremely easy to check in and out. the house itself matched the pictures exactly, the house was extremely clean and sanitary, had several easy to use appliances, the host Jacob was very responsive and helpful. he gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. overall absolute 10/10 🌟 will definitely book here again next time we are in Charlotte

Really enjoyed staying at this cute 2 bedroom bungalow. The place looks just like the pictures. The owners have renovated the house to a great condition. The back yard is so cute. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. My only complaint was the windows on the entry doors. I would like frosted windows for security reasons. I will stay here again.
