Very nice and cosy place. Movie projector and chill lounge with pillows add huge value to this place - and yeah, it is as comfy as it looks on the pictures :) Used this place to relax from busy HCMC, surroundings are quiet and plenty of food / grocery options. Only thing is that if people hang out in the common area during the night, sound isolation is not great. Host encourage keeping quiet during night time via messages and signs though, but we all know how people are sometimes. Check instructions are very good, hosts are communicative and share all necessary information you need to get into your place. Overall, great value for money. Neat apartments, plenty of natural light, AC blowing cold air, comfortable beds, rich facilities. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The alley way where the place is located was a little difficult for us to find because we were unfamiliar with the area. However, we loved the neighborhood and the variety of places that were within walking distance. It's also located next to a river so the area is a lot cooler compared to the middle of the city. The main road goes down the nearby river. We loved driving this way every day. The conversation pit and projector were so fun to use. The room was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our luggage as well. I would definitely stay here again or at any of Circadian's other properties when visiting Saigon.

Loved the place especially the lounge area together with the projector. Place was clean and relatively quiet! Cafes and food places walkable as well. Very responsive and helpful hosts as well

Had a great stay! The location was convenient and close to many attractions, the host was very responsive, and the place itself was very clean and matched the photos. Would recommend
