The host was good and communicated well. But the property was a different story. The boutique building (with many units) is located down an alley. The ground floor is a strange bar that you have to walk through (no separate entrance) and the front doors remain unlocked while the bar is open. So no security. The building is dirty. Found plenty of dead roaches. The apartment itself (301) is spacious but also dirty. With damaged walls, broken furniture, mold in the shower and a hole in the ceiling. Really needs a remodel and thorough cleaning. The only good thing was the host allowed for an early check in and late check out. Also the AC was good. I would not stay again though.

Large space, very quiet and still close to District 1. Although not walkable to tourist attractions in District 1, Grabs are approx 30k dong which is extremely cheap. The location gets you away from the noise of a main road. The washing machine is also very handy as we were able to save $$ on laundry. Extremely responsive host and answered all our queries promptly.
