Ivette es una gran anfitriona con un gran sentido de hospitalidad. He viajado ya por varios años por airbandb, siempre con muy buenas experiencias, pero Ivette es superior. Su asistente Fidelina es un encanto y siempre atenta y disponible. El condominio tiene todo lo necesario y más que otros airbandb (licuadora, cafetera, tostador, horno, estufa, microondas, plancha de vapor, plancha tradicional, botiquín, secadoras, etc.) Su cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, especias, sal, pimienta, tés, azúcar, garrafones de agua, etc. Nos sorprendió su recibimiento con botanitas, agua Perrier en el refrigerador y agua embotellada. Me gustó que dispone de toallas suficientes y de muy buena calidad para los huéspedes y eso se agradece sobre todo en un destino de playa. El vuelo de mi hija con su esposo y suegros salía por la noche y muy amablemente les concedió quedarse hasta las 6 pm lo que fue grandioso para ellos. Sin duda me volvería a quedar con Ivette en otro viaje a Cancún.

Amazing condo, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were epic, both on the lagoon side and the ocean side. There are views from every room. There are upstairs patios both on the lagoon and ocean side, and a patio downstairs with a great view of the lagoon. The front windows downstairs have an ocean view, and the master has a great ocean view as well. Air conditioners worked great. The beach was super close and gorgeous. The little store on the property was also convenient to buy snacks and pizza. Ivette was extremely responsive and friendly. Also, just FYI, there is a laundry service by the tennis courts, downstairs, and it’s pretty inexpensive, they charged 100 pesos or around $6 for for 3 kilos of laundry. They got it done by the end of the day, it was nice for some end of trip things we needed to wash. Overall everyone loved Ivette’s place!!

Ivette was a wonderful host! She had great communication before and during our stay. We loved the thoughtful little snacks through out the condo, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely return to this beach oasis!
