We were greeted kindly by Mrs. Elvia, right upon arrival. The unit is impeccable. The furniture brand-new, tasteful and modern. The bedrooms were spacious. A/C units worked perfectly, and one day one of them was out of order and Mrs. Elvia immediately had it serviced. The view is breathtaking, both towards the ocean and towards the lagoon. Ocean is different shades of blue. BEAUTIFUL. Kitchen fully functional, new appliances. I would comment that it is a supremely well maintained 3-story unit that has an internal stairs, so just ensure that your guest party is all comfortable with going up/down steep stairs. And finally, GABO gets a 10/10. He is super responsive and very kind and friendly. Location is 10/10. Complex/Facilities are nice and functional, pool is super nice and did not feel crowded. Gabo’s unit is BY FAR superior to the external condominium’s look. We will definitely consider staying again!! Gracias, Gabo!!

Once you get to Cancun you need to convert your money to pesos immediately. Right now the best you will get is 16 pesos for $1. I know for myself being American I was paying 2 to 3 times more than the locals. It took me the first day or two to finally get educated on what was going on. Ex. I went to the store on the premises and they charged me $10 for a tiny bag of sugar and a pint of creamer. We went to a Mexican restaurant by the bars and for seven of us it was $275 when in America maybe $150 for the same meal. The room was ok, if the winds were strong enough at night the hurricane shutters would bang up against the windows making it difficult to sleep sometimes. When we arrived the woman claimed that I did not write down all of my guests names when I know for a fact I did when I booked the room. One night the poeple that we’re doing work next door had a party at 2 in the morning and carried on till about 5 or 6 am. Other than that it was a very nice beach and the pool was very nice

Es un bonito departamento con vista hacia el mar poco distante pero bonita, segundo con vista muy bonita a la laguna y tercer nivel a ambos. Moderno en sus muebles y acabados, con posible mejoría en la comodidad de algunos de ellos principalmente en cuarto de individuales. Muy accesible a salir a la avenida y agarrar camión de los SEA rojos y desplazarte fácil y rápido y económico a cualquier lado en la zona costera. Cocina muy completa con buenos utensilios. Rápido acceso a alberca y playa. Muy buena playa limpia en esta ocasión. Si volvería y lo recomiendo para una familia de 4 a 6 muy cómodo. Solo pedir les entreguen sabanas y sobrecamas limpias y cuidar se corrija ruido de palomas en cuarto principal por las mañanas.
