Family Lodge Nakamura is located in Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture, and has a commitment to Kampo tea ceremony hotpot and Oriental tea ceremony. Owners who have studied authentic Chinese herbal medicine in China and have a doctor's degree will blend Kampo tea / Chinese herbal sake according to symptoms. 【The room】 Japanese Style 12 Tatami. 难以忘怀的经历，房东太太泰子女士对我们很热情！因为错过早上的班车，房东太太和她的家人会把我们送到雪场。晚上如果见不到我们，还会主动问我们是否需要帮助，甚至开车来接我们。因为过年期间餐馆十分繁忙，房东太太还会帮我们一家家询问是否可以预约晚饭。在白马的几晚，我们和房东太太一家人结下了十分深厚的友谊。虽然交流和沟通的方式很有限，但我们都从内心里感受到了他们的善意。房东太太的小孙子Miki是很可爱的男孩！当我离开白马时，已经开始怀念他们了。真的是很美好的一段回忆，

非常热心的中村夫妇，给我们这次白马的滑雪之旅增添了无穷的回味。名宿有汉方温泉，干净，孩子有玩乐的大草坪，大人有喝茶聊天的茶室。中村太太还接送我们到车站、购物、滑雪场，让我们交通十分便利。最后那天送我们去JR站，那个站是无人售票的，她还担心我们不会坐车拿车票，专门陪我们上车才离去，非常感动，孩子们都说以后来白马还要住中村家。

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our host was very responsive and was very kind to us. She provided lots of recommendations and helped us when we could not get ahold of a taxi. There was also complementary tea and rice for breakfast. The bus station is within walking distance of the Lodge and it took us directly to the mountain. Overall it was a great experience and I hope to stay here again very soon! Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 days while we snowboarded in Hakuba. We thought the trains and shuttle buses would be easier to use but we had trouble getting around. This was our first time to Japan so we had trouble figuring it out. I’d recommend getting a car to have more freedom as this area is a bit farther from the main city. Overall the stay was wonderful, the herbal bath was a perfect end to each day, the traditional mats for sleeping were incredibly comfortable. The lodge overall was very cozy and charming. Our host was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help us out with transportation and recommendations. We definitely home to come back and visit her. The memories of this place will stay with us.

Himekawa Genryu Nature Park and Oyomi wetlands Wetlands, visited by many people, are within walking distance from the Lodge. It is rich in Fukujusou and Skunk Cabbage, and you can experience the mysterious nature.
Winter is the perfect accommodation for those who enjoy winter sports.
(Ski area: 7 places in the surrounding area, drying room: dedicated to ski, snowboard, shoes, free rental: tuning table and fixture for tuning)
In summer, cycling, water sports, paragliding, etc. can be performed on Lake Nishina (Kizaki Lake, Aoki Lake, Lake Nakatsuna).
Hakuba Happo Snowy Valley offers light mountaineering. There is a beauty unique to Shinshu at the foot of the northern Alps where snow remains. Have a cool summer in Nagano.
In autumn, you can see beautiful autumn leaves in Hakuba-mura. The owner can identify the poison of the mushrooms that can be taken at Satoyama, and also teach the edible mushrooms.
