Damaris had little gifts and fun stuff to help us celebrate New Year's eve upon our arrival. She also was very accommodating to meet our needs when things came up. The location to the beach was perfect for a 2 minute walk. we fell in love with the area.

I have been inside and stayed inside a number of the Solimar units. While this one is more stripped down without an oven or washer/dryer, those didn’t interfere with us enjoying the house as a home base for our daily adventures in the area. I loved the authentic feel and the owner’s responsiveness is really valuable to us.

5 minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to another beach. A safe and well-groomed gated community. A hostess who is always available to answer questions. Nearby Walmart grocery shopping. 40 minutes from the airport.

Solimar is close to beach, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and bars Great all around location. Location was really great for two people. Covered patio in back has enjoyable. Damaris was very responsive to our questions and answers

Great location less than 5 min from an endless beautiful beach. A simple place with every you need, perfect for 2 people or a small family. Great host, very responsive and helpful.
